Charles is a testifying expert in water rights and real Estate nationwide. He has almost 50 years of experience in real estate brokerage, contracts, and ethical behavior. He also specializes in water and mineral rights as well as property development throughout the state of Texas.

Charles has facilitated hundreds of real estate closings, leases and construction/permanent loan closings. He is also a certified instructor for the Texas Real Estate Commission and has earned his Ph.D. in Economics and Business at Universitat Jaume I in Spain with "Cum Laude" distinction.
